It’s good company to start your career in insurance broking

Pay-scale is too low as compared to other insurance broking companies you’ll get really good exposure towards different insurance products because there’s so much work involved but you’ll be frustrated at one point because more pressure will be put on you. some peoples who work here are really good but there is internal politics and work conflicts.

Great place to work and learn a lot for different dimensions.overall, my 12 years of experience were gained in western countries like the US,UK , Germany and France . It's one of the best places to broaden my knowledge.Western countries support thier employees's work-life balance culture.In india,it's bit hard to find this level of support.I've observed this support in Bharat re .Senior people can move freely , provided they are seen as potential employees.Yes absolutely this is the best place for good learners and adaptive candidates. without these skills,It's not a place to thrive or even Stand

slow learners cannot get win anywhere its common for all organizations.

You can retire in peace , even though you may be a non performer . No targets , no appraisal , even the dumbest can get past till retirement or if you joined after retirement then till death

This is no place for systems ,process or procedures . Perform , don't perform does not make a difference. They survive on the past glory trying to justify the delay in judicial system ,.... No place for a performer

The company is good in learning & updating new things on day-to-day basis. Guidance was good and is a best place for developing skills. We will get on-time appreciation from all levels of staffs.

Dislikes

Have to improve the co-ordination and better relationship in all levels. Most of the times, the work pressure was high.
