There is no job security. No promotion or appraisal. After apprenticeship they are ready to offer me a job but with less salary and contract basis not permanent.

Nothing, even though the senior management is very bad, while appraisal they will not care, otherwise they behave like they are the only one owning a company. Senior management is very ignorant to the new ones coming and just believe in sarkar ka paisa khao aur bhul jao
