Employees harrasement. Experience employees are also kept in Bond. So many deductions in salary. CCTV for each and every employee. Very poor management. Favour of favorite employees only by management. Not suggested for anyone. Worst experience.

MD involve in smallest activity of company and every time looking to deduct salary of employees. Harrasement done of very high level. No job satisfaction and security. Bond system for experienced employees. No value of senior employees. Advantage taken of necessity of employees by MDs and management. Very poor culture.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Specially the company policy and HR DGM Mr Mohit navle....plz àvoid to join such type of company at where there is no value of employees....they hired for BPL...we have to work for 3 company....work pressure is too much ..you have to work for Sunday also sometimes
