...*hole thing in entire office. 2. Management - Worst management that i ever seen. There cost cutting is like staff don't have drink tea in two time a day W T F is this a thinking of a management ? 3. Appraisal - Take additional work for some another department like MIS or sales cordinator you will get appraisal only Rs.2,000/-. They doesn't see loyal and humble staff only they want that one man army who is handle the all department pressure and they want that every single employee is having a 2 to 3 bosses at a time.. A**holes. 4. Career Growth - 00.00000000000 (viewers please dnt think this 0 have a good value that 0 is shows like egg) 5. Manager (Point no - 1) is double flip towards his work and his communication and his decision. Once he feel that all decision which he take previously is being problem to him then he behave like hands up and point a gun to his team members.

The company is very Sophisticated to work in every Environment. I am Lucky to be a part of that Company. Learned Various Basic terms from plant and will help to work for future contrast.

Dislikes

There are many updowns in Company. Overall growth is slow.
