...a lot of internal politics is involved which might make your life a living hell. Higher is your salary lesser is your job security. If you are getting greater than INR. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) per month, your job permanently insecure. You are just 1 phone call away from losing your job at any minute after getting some garbage excuse (Like you cannot control students, you have bad student feedback, your publications are not good). If you are from a high demand subject like Computer Science, AI & ML -nobody will dare to touch you. Even bad performance will be completely overlooked.

This is hell for faculty in Hyderabad. Do not join this institution. Everybody in Hyderabad are aware about the worst work cluture in BIET that's why they are hiring North Indians. All five ratings to this institution is given by HR only

... to work and the academic ambience that is offered to the students is excellent. The faculty members are passionate and follow up and pay individual attention to the students. The teaching methodolgy is learner centric and special and deep coachin on coomunication skills are given till the final year.

There is nothing to like about this institution, except a big campus.

1. The college has no proper policies. Chairman take descisions then on there. They will cut 25% of your salary for first 6 months as security deposit as well as keep your all original documents, but will never return that money wheter you work for 1 or 2 or 5 years. 2. In their website you will see many faculties name. But almost 40-60% of them already left the college many years ago. But they will never remove their name from the website to impress students and their parents to increase the admission. 3. Here the 5 🌟 rating has been given by the existing faculties forceabilly, otherwise the will be fired. My colleagues have done it but I didn't. So, please be careful if you see many 5 star rating 4. They don't pay regularly. Many time they delay 2 months to pay your salary. 5. When you want to resign from the institute, they will ask you to serve notice period or return 1 month salary. Even doing so, they will neither provide experience certificate nor relieving letter. So, your total service period of this institution, you can't show anywhere future. 6. They don't give your salary slips, so you can't show it to your future employer. and there are many more reasons, I can't write here, or it will be too lengthy...

This is only college in Hyderabad, who cut 25% salary as security for first 6 months. Management said that the security money will return at the time of relieving. Till date they have not given security deposite to any one. Even they charge six month salary when you resign. They always says that due to voilation of agreement faculty have to pay six months salary. If u leave the college after a year of after 5 years, always they says that faculty have voilate the rule. Here HR police is very poor. They have not gave the relieving letter and experience letter to any staff. Please do not join this college.
