...a lot of internal politics is involved which might make your life a living hell. Higher is your salary lesser is your job security. If you are getting greater than INR. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) per month, your job permanently insecure. You are just 1 phone call away from losing your job at any minute after getting some garbage excuse (Like you cannot control students, you have bad student feedback, your publications are not good). If you are from a high demand subject like Computer Science, AI & ML -nobody will dare to touch you. Even bad performance will be completely overlooked.

... institute of engineering and technology provides learning opportunities, there are growth opportunities with handsome salary, it is open to innovation and has very healthy atmosphere cooperative staff helps in work-life balance, it has a motivating atmosphere

...boratory consumables. 3. HR is useless and is completely controlled by Chairman. All the 5 star rating given by employees here has been forced to do so, else they will not get salary for indefinite period. 4. Salary doesn't come on time, useless leave policy, they deduct 25% of new joiners salary for 6 months and will never return even if you resign 5. Chairman use abusive languages often and even slapped one of the employees infront of his other colleagues. 6. Many good faculties having doctorates name are there in the website. However, they have left already the institute long ago. You can simply cross check by typing their name in Google and check their current employment. They keep it just to attract students and influence parents. 7. They keep all the original degree certificates with them during joining and will not return it easily if you need. 8. Teaching is a secondary job here. Other useless clerical job is the primary job which will consume your entire day 9. Chairman comes in the evening 5-6pm and will make everyone wait till he gives permission to go. Which can even goes to 9 to 10 pm night. 10. There is no government holiday here. All government holiday are working day and you must present that day, else they will deduct your salary. 11. There is no yearly appraisal or carreer growth. People working with same fixed salary from last 4 to 5 years. 12. In one sentence, it is hell of a place to work.

Nothing. It is one of the worst institutes in Mangalpally, Hyderabad. I request all Ph.D. holders, do not go into this hell.

1. They keep the original certificates, and treat the faculty as a slave. 2. They never pay a salary on time. 3. Late night meetings, up to 12:00 AM or 01:00 AM 4. Chairman is the one-man Army. He is the HoD, Principal, Peon, Admin, Acad, etc. He is a jack of all trades. He is the worst fellow. 5. They have not been paid a salary during Covid-19. 6. They kept my 5 and half month salary during covid. 7. It was like hell. It is a hell

There is nothing to like about this institution, except a big campus.

1. The college has no proper policies. Chairman take descisions then on there. They will cut 25% of your salary for first 6 months as security deposit as well as keep your all original documents, but will never return that money wheter you work for 1 or 2 or 5 years. 2. In their website you will see many faculties name. But almost 40-60% of them already left the college many years ago. But they will never remove their name from the website to impress students and their parents to increase the admission. 3. Here the 5 🌟 rating has been given by the existing faculties forceabilly, otherwise the will be fired. My colleagues have done it but I didn't. So, please be careful if you see many 5 star rating 4. They don't pay regularly. Many time they delay 2 months to pay your salary. 5. When you want to resign from the institute, they will ask you to serve notice period or return 1 month salary. Even doing so, they will neither provide experience certificate nor relieving letter. So, your total service period of this institution, you can't show anywhere future. 6. They don't give your salary slips, so you can't show it to your future employer. and there are many more reasons, I can't write here, or it will be too lengthy...
