...Senior HR Executive at Bharat Institutions in BIET Campus for more than an year. I feel like this is the best organisation I've worked so far in terms of salary, work culture. Management is always motivating, inspiring and providing opportunities for professional growth with plenty of support to all the employees. Infrastructure is very good with all the facilities.

Bharat institution is one of best college in city with skilled faculty and good working environment and with handsome salary, salary hike and incentives based on performance. Working here is very good experience to upgrade our skill.

Pays Salary every month. If you show excellent results (like publications, administrative duties, good results from teaching) you may get salary hikes.

...a lot of internal politics is involved which might make your life a living hell. Higher is your salary lesser is your job security. If you are getting greater than INR. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) per month, your job permanently insecure. You are just 1 phone call away from losing your job at any minute after getting some garbage excuse (Like you cannot control students, you have bad student feedback, your publications are not good). If you are from a high demand subject like Computer Science, AI & ML -nobody will dare to touch you. Even bad performance will be completely overlooked.
