There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

In this there is no growth here, not good in salary package, not good in promotion, there is no future here, employee are totally unsatisfied with this job, many experienced employee having a less salary package that is not good.

Good working environment only if you r in a team. You can represent yourself through your ideas and innovations. Work life balance is quite unfair due to salary status

No salary satisfaction. Only shopfloor staff getting good atention. Old union workers are pathethic they don't want their progress and company's also and deploying bad culture in new joiner's mind also.
