There is nothing to be liked, as a slave after working for 12-14 hrs hours you get your salary on time that's it. The company has made several policies but there is no strategy which is why attrition rate is increasing.

It should get the title of Worst Place to work rather than Great place to work. I believe the reason there is huge attrition in field staff and poor salary structure than other finance organisations which creates the real trouble for HR Endless Recruitment and Endless Attrition which continues as there is no one who could address the problems.

Company goves me opportunities to fulfill functional needs. I leant many new ideas of self development, communication across the organization, staffs & colleagues. Consiatency matters alot in my Executive HR profile. Because hierarchial levels are inter-related whether it's member services dept., IT dept., Accounts or Cross-sell dept. Everyone's discipline at workplace counts. Workflow is well structured. Compensation & benefits are just right as per the industry.

...ff in BFIL and within a short period of time I was promoted to a branch manager. BFIL gives salary and incentive which no other company gives, they will pay salary exactly on 31st of every month. The package provided by them is very good like vehicle fuel charge, insurance.HR,IT,MS,PTC,and account's department team is very supportive.

Obviously you'll be getting a handsome amount of salary, Travel & daily hotel allowances etc at perfect time. No delay. Chances of getting laid off is negligible, if you don't commit any financial misappropriation or POSH cases.

Dislikes

You won't have any work life balance here. Those long conference calls will haunt you till death. Incentives structure is very poor at supervisory levels. Excessive travel & field work for higher managers also.
