...uit work One employee can't buy luxurious things no freedom for buying things .if purchased their will be enquiry nd like y u r spending ur salary like this . Their is no Salary compansion to HR supervisor . They r giving same as labours who r working in organization

No micromanagement (although it differs from team to team) Transport facilities Work from home during COVID COVID preventive measures are comparatively better

... to individual goals Repetitive tasks are welcomed Bad to average food at times (mostly) Lack of balance in Compensation ( Improper salary structure not against the experience ) Low annual hike

If you work in this company you can develop good experiences and good skills, this kind of knowledge development is not given place in any company.

If you work in this company there is no bonus small increment no incentive in this company I have never seen any company like this so many people put paper

I would like Working atmosphere particularly take extra care of women that is also I like. I learning more knowledge in Bharat FIH they giving more best opportunities.i was gathered great working knowledge from Bharat FIH. personally I like.

Some one partiality for giving star bonus and apraisal percentage. directly I affected like this issue.

My previous company, I am fresher to that company,It's very safety for women.They will provide salary at correct date no issues in salary.The freshers who didn't have any job they can surely go to that company.In covid time they supported lot it's appreciatable .

...ple get good food,tea and coffee but we not go to drink t r coffee in that time.we and they getting same salary but huge difference we found there).If their is any cultural activities, only general shift people participate we all always want to work as slave.we all didn't get any facilities like them.low career development opportunities.
