1. No Work Life balance 2. No benefits as promised 3. Not structure 4. No HR policy, No HR in company. 5. Its more like General store of village, where old man can abuse you all day. 6. They present themselves as manufactures of bags but reality is they are outsourcing their 90% work. 7. No quality Standards.
