Working culture is tremendous, seniors are really supportive and u love working there....i myself have the best experience over there....must go and spend some time I promise u are going to stay there for a long period of time....

The company is good and it was great experience that i have ever had, i got promoted and 3 times got increment. I was working in UMANG process, where mine team has to provide customer care support over chat email and voice. I have to assure the quality as well training. In UMANG we are providing customer care support in 13 languages like English,hindi, tamil,telugu, marathi, gujrati, kananda, assemese, bengali, oriya, punjabi, malayalam, urdu...it was wonderful experience

There was no outgoing, there should be some trip plan also

That was my first work experience in corporate sector as well as in BPO sector. I learned lot of thing. Over all that was inspiring experience.

My training period at bharat BPO was awesome. That's my memorable moment of my life. And there's atmosphere was very nice and healthy.

At that time( 3 years ago). My colleague were very helpful and much friendly. Company's policy was so so. Not much restricted. We enjoyed that time more specially night shift. So overall I would say good organization.

Job security and some(few) leads behavior was not OK towards their team members
