Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

nothing at all, I worked 1,5 years as a team lead over here and this is the worst place you can work. They will keep your mobile phone, you cant talk to each other and even I am a team lead they will not let me interact to my team members, they will put software on your desktop to track what you are doing through out the day.

Dislikes

1) zero growth 2) chatu , jha** manager who just wanna love to suck CEO di** 3) they wont allow you to go out from office area even on lunch. 4) Zero perks 5) company owner mentality is very cheap, manager is a** licker and just do timepass. 6) if you are not happy with life and wanted to ruin your life and want to experience hell just join this company.
