Nothing is good about the company. No training, No accident benifits, No Mediclame, No work and life balance.

Dislikes

Worost job culture, No skill development program, there is a huge difference between in hand salary and CTC. No training is organised in joining time. No timings for ph calls, upper management can call you in midnight also. And above all there is no HR team in company, only Sales Admin is there who is handling the salary, expense details and issuing the offer letter on the basis of recommendation. So you can't complain any thing to HR. You never earn any incentives because you never know what is you exact target is?

Product pipeline is good which is the only talking point for BBIL.

... hot cakes so gives least intrest to manpower. They are non trust worthy people. Worst compensation along with worst allowance. Company all data are fraudulent and manipulated.

...harat Biotech. Strong research pipeline, Patent products, but poor in marketing. Do not expect more from company than regular salary.

As far as my concern over all atmosphere working in Bharat is excellent. Teammates managers company upper management everyone is awesome and very helpful. R&D department is one of the most developed and advanced r & d department in India.

I think Earnings need to be better in Bharat . Allowances and salary part can be better.

...y, a half day unpaid leave will be deducted. There is no break for refreshments. There will be several deductions from the pay. Food is another worst thing and they don't even provide tea/coffee for the employees. They won't provide proper place for vehicle parking. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the campus and they don't even provide intercom. So if something happens at home, you will come to know only in the evening. Work culture is toxic. They treat employees as if they are sla_es. If a visitor comes, they provide refreshments only to them and employees shall be sitting and watch. They don't even respect the employees. After resignation, relieving from this company is a big achievement. They have every relentless and unreasonable explanation to stop you from relieving and extend the notice period. Probation period is also for 1 year and will be extended without any justification.
