For me, it is a good point to start my career with Bharat Bijlee in Motor Manufacture industry. Working with an experienced and excellent team, increased my practical knowledge about the global market of 3 phase induction motor.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to 10-12 hours straight in a day. The manager does not value the work and pressure for the team.

Some permanent are good they are guidelines for us

Its like they are giving small amount of salary and asking to do lot of work even in internship period the company also asking them to do lot of work

No company uniform. Trainees recruited in workers category of small tenure. 6days working for upto junior management staff.
