For me, it is a good point to start my career with Bharat Bijlee in Motor Manufacture industry. Working with an experienced and excellent team, increased my practical knowledge about the global market of 3 phase induction motor.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to 10-12 hours straight in a day. The manager does not value the work and pressure for the team.

Location of company. Work culture. Salary and increment. Management programs. Happy Work place.

No company uniform. Trainees recruited in workers category of small tenure. 6days working for upto junior management staff.

2 time punch and 1 time lunch is the best part at BBL. Very slow life perfect for after retirement job.

Very poor salary package. Keeping all retired people at high salaries, non competent managers having no skills and vision. Company having no vision and mission.
