There is nothing to like that totally worst company.

Dislikes

Managers are too ridiculous and egoistic specially bongali manager banarjee. If someday company is getting closed permanently so the main reason is bong manager because he thinks he's the best he knows everything. Most of the employees are trapped here and I have proof. And mostly employees resign after 3 months because of the toxic culture created by the managers they totally demotivate you.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
