work load is little bit high, no need to travel for design people. design people have to maintain high privacy about design things. career growth is moderate. work environment is little bit control by few people.

Likes

Good to start career with. Great exposure to engineering, technology, innovation and overseas clients. I was happy being the part of this company. Having a large overseas client base I got an opportunity to travel to Germany, London etc.

Leave and holiday policy is unsatisfactory.

Bosses are very bad in working with employee. Partiality is the base of company. No future in this company. Only you will get big big dreams from bosses. But in reality there's nothing.
