cant enjoy rigid hierarchies that stifle creativity or slow decision-making processes. Micromanagement could also be frustrating, as it limits autonomy and can inhibit productivity. There is nothing to like in this company student life is good compare to employees but student also some time dosent get any proper studies or notes at a time.

The company it self is dislike no job security you have to learn on your own being a employee no 1 will give u product knowledge no staff even office boy work also you have to do some time no proper place to sit for parents & staff student lots of restrictions just to deduct the salary etc lot of thinks to be dislike for this company I'll not suggest any 1 to be part of brds there are many company apart from this you can join there u will not find much restriction which brds has for there employees
