No work ethics, zero job security, they don't know how to enroll person in there designated job profile. they hired me as a senior designer but owner herself doing a designing part and she is not ready to provide there team to the hired senior designer and she is alotting a work which we did when we were fresher.. my point is, if she is hiring for a senior position then she should have faith and give her a project or some trail work and her complete it first, but she is impatient and she took a decision in between before completing the given task. she think no one is better than her.

The staff members used to be good and friendly but most of them have left at this point.

Dislikes

I worked at the brand for 5+ years and have never been appreciated for my extra long hours and neither for being available for almost all works that the company needed to be done. I had learned to ignore that fact, however, the management got even more overwhelming with time and started scolding me for things I hadn’t done or mistakes in projects that I wasn’t a part of. I tried to reason with the management a number of times and didn’t see any improvement on their end which lead to me resigning. The notice period is even harder now as they have started yelling and disrespecting without reasons and the taunts are going overboard as well.

Bad experience. Almost everyone working there is dissatisfied. The designer is really rude and misbehaving. What is work-life balance? NOTHING IN THEIR OPINION. they dont let u have one. T
