I dont like anything in bhandari associates. There is too. Much politics. The Dgm and sales manager at 7pd project are very ridiculous people. They are very much political peoples. There is no worklife. Higher management is not supporting you, they just plan how to remove you. Not getting incentives on time.

Dgm and sales manager at 7pd are very rude and ridiculous people. Incentives are not getting on time. Dont join this company. Manager and dgm dont know the software how to use. Higher management are very political. They told you without reason for leaving the company. No worklife or not good management. Dont join bhandari associates. U will get best hike in the market and proper working experience.

Work environment in Bhandari Associates is really very good. There is friendly environment and also a good career growth chances. Work life is also good without much pressure.

There are not much event organization and one day off is not sufficient.

No work security, seniors Don't give Respect to your views. Plus internal politics is worst.Director's Secretary plays important role in politics. No chances for your growth.
