Total working hours 9.30 daily, no holidays except 8 annual leave, no salary of Sunday means salary of month for 26 days only. Very bad culture, very bad environment, hygiene toilet and work place.

Dislikes

No job security, no pf, Gratuity deducting from employees salary, not providing basic facilities to employees, tea and coffee are too bad

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Working in this organisation was great opportunity but I found little tough as working culture.
