Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...l.working procedure is good and has a wide client. Mine is a plant based client. The only good thing about this company is paying good salary in time .

Dislikes

Compensation is zero,groth also slow. Daily working schedule is very high. Everyday, I have to work 16 hours as I have a attend client meetings. No good hr policy.senior don't value an individual's unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestion. Company has always a low price rate in contract and forcing to do profit when all contracter are unskilled. It's very difficult to work with a lot of work load plus trained the worker and do the work. Senior behaviors is very worst.
