I wokked in bbmb most of my service 24 yrs out of 37 ,Get appreciation award from H'able Chairman &Chief Engineer for work training of *Hotline mtc. at HLTC Banglore,attended many seminar such as *FICCI at Hydrabad , 11 th green power at Habitat centre N Delhi,PPE at Jahanuma hotel Bhopal ,HRD Programme at Talwara etc

Nothing except timely promotions due to Govt. Reservation policy.

The bbmb Nangal govt. Provide training to totally weast your time And no further asurty to provide job , etc.

The company provides only contract basis placement or other , no provide job for previous passout Aprentace trainee candidates.

I like to work in bbmb because their is lot of thing to learn and work culture is almost very good and all persons working in a team that motivates me alot

One thing I dislike is after a long time no vacancies for class 3 and class 4 employees

I worked at Bhakra Beas Management Board as a Graduate Engineer Traniee for a year. During my working tenure, I learned about technical and management aspects of a Hydroelectric power plant. The worker at Bhakra Beas Management Board are too enthusiastic toward their work and fully skilled. they are fully work centric.
