There exist those nuisance creators amongst junior staff as they there in all the workplaces who keep bitching bout senior mgmt as well as HOD without ensuring they themselves can make any difference to company's growth with their own contribution by working sincerely. They use such good platforms like ambition Box to pollute people mind, create nuisance & troubles for those whom they envy by making personal level comments on mgmt and HODs. Increment post covid was not announced as expected going by Business scenario. Mgmt should identify spoilers well in time to maintain harmony to work with.

They use such good platforms like ambition box to pollute people mind, create nuisance & troubles for those whom they envy or dislike by making personal level comments on Mgmt and HODs. Increment post Covid was not announced which was expected. Management should replace such spoilers/rotten mindset people in time to maintain harmony to work with.

Is salary on time and consistence? Is year on year appraisal good and consistent? Is they have any upcoming project or work ? How many old employee working here and are happy ? Is management give clear instruction on work ? Balance sheet is having good loan ? All project delivered with in time ? How they treat old employee after some one leave ? Job security? All are question with dislike
