No basic facility in office Diwali bounce paid under pressure from staff so that staff stay. Company hiring old staff like Jitendra Maheta so that some miracle happen. How can event management employee can handle HR and admin? Complete management is blind and MD is still taking suggestion from samidha. Soon many people leave from here and more advertisement in news paper for new vacancy. Hire and fire is buissness of organization.
