Current office is like ghost house with poor facilities. Director visit at office just for formalities and has multiple sitting location so no one can track them. No work life balance. Toxic seniors. Third class quality of work. Office politics. No respect for engineers. Engineers are asked to work as labour contractor. Seniors defending contractor over their own junior staff.

How can event management employee can handle HR and admin? Complete management is blind and MD is still taking suggestion from samidha. Soon many people leave from here and more advertisement in news paper for new vacancy. Hire and fire is buissness of organization.
