Is management give clear instruction on work ? Balance sheet is having good loan ? All project delivered with in time ? How they treat old employee after some one leave ? Job security? All are question with dislike

...working here from last 3 months but till date I absolutely have no complaints. Company offered 2nd & 4th Saturday off, Salary on time & flexi time work pattern which is very helpful. Work environment is too good. Management is very much understanding & concerned about their employees.
