Fascist management makes it unbearable to work, stupid politics in office and lack of leadership. Company has no future so does the employee working there. On top of that, worst HR people, dumb and extremely stupid. Wonder how such idiots got job at the first place. Recommended to avoid such organizations.

Working atmosphere is very good. BGL employees are very supportive & helpful to get to know more knowledge of other departments like billing,complaints etc..

Bhagyanagar Gas limited is a joint venture of GAIL &HPCL limited. Down stream Oil & Gas sector. Contributed and successfully laid steel and MDPE (400 above kms)

Lack of Work culture, Work Life Balance and deputations from HPCL & GAIL will be posted as a top positions in Bhagyanagar gas limited around 2-3 years as a punishment post due to their inability (ZERO KNOWLEDGE) in their Parental organisations(GAIL& HPCL). Even the employees being shocking that how they get their jobs in GAIL & HPCL (Navaratna companies). TOP management are playing divide and rule policy and they are connived with contractors and Bhagyanagar gas limited few of the employees like Project managers etc... Involving in th large scams eg: which is taking bribing from the contractors and indirectly management is responsible for poor performance by the contractors, due to this gas pipe line accidents happening in Andhrapradesh and Telangana and also crores of rupees scam happened recently which is PUBLIC money... Involved by the Senior positions with the support of management.
