Fascist management makes it unbearable to work, stupid politics in office and lack of leadership. Company has no future so does the employee working there. On top of that, worst HR people, dumb and extremely stupid. Wonder how such idiots got job at the first place. Recommended to avoid such organizations.

Very lathergic organization where there is no process & every management will have their own process which may lead the problematic situation for employee. Very poor employee etiquettes.

Working atmosphere is very good. BGL employees are very supportive & helpful to get to know more knowledge of other departments like billing,complaints etc..

Not dislike but the working culture should be improved. Any decision related to your dept will be taken by someone else without your infirmation and later you will be answerable.
