Bhagyanagar Gas limited is a joint venture of GAIL &HPCL limited. Down stream Oil & Gas sector. Contributed and successfully laid steel and MDPE (400 above kms)

Lack of Work culture, Work Life Balance and deputations from HPCL & GAIL will be posted as a top positions in Bhagyanagar gas limited around 2-3 years as a punishment post due to their inability (ZERO KNOWLEDGE) in their Parental organisations(GAIL& HPCL). Even the employees being shocking that how they get their jobs in GAIL & HPCL (Navaratna companies). TOP management are playing divide and rule policy and they are connived with contractors and Bhagyanagar gas limited few of the employees like Project managers etc... Involving in th large scams eg: which is taking bribing from the contractors and indirectly management is responsible for poor performance by the contractors, due to this gas pipe line accidents happening in Andhrapradesh and Telangana and also crores of rupees scam happened recently which is PUBLIC money... Involved by the Senior positions with the support of management.

M/s. Bhagyanagar Gas Limited is a very good company with a bright future ahead. What I like most about this company is they don't see cadre while your working and even a low cadre engineer can work with Managing Director of the company. Therefore one will have a very good opportunity to learn overall CGD working at a very low level even. Such beauty is working with BGL. They are supporting the employees by giving work from home and putting no pressure on the employee during this difficult time.

Dislikes

The only thing which creates dissatisfaction in the BGL employees is the inferiority shown by GAIL & HPCL employees who come on deputation and feel so superior than BGL employees. They don't even treat contractual employees as employees. Also other departments like HR & Finance endure and provide extra benefits to GAIL & HPCL employees seeking some personal benefits like promotions, appraisals, etc.
