Nothing... There is no culture.... Anytime they will say to go... You are full of pressure... Too much of load but no respect. You do anything... But appreciation is zero.... They know how to blame

All things.... HR has no role to play.... There is no good policy, in fact nobody is interested in joining the company.... No clear instructions, job role, no definate work, but too much of work pressure & most important any moment of time they say you GO... So before joining this company think 100 not 400 times. Old HOD are sitting & enjoying & new are not made comfortable... By blamming they are made to go. .. HR dept is a statue dept... They will listen but not react as they are also afraid of loosing job

There is NO job security.. Anytime management can say NO.. For HR you should be ready for insult anytime before Management.... Management is best in shouting before everyone to HR personnel.... If you ready to bear insult on daily basis, then this company is best..... Daily shouting, insult, best part is 1000 types of report to fill.... So entire day you will be busy in fillling report, then hear the shouting along with insult.. Life tenure is max 2 month as everybody leaves the company. ... God save employee from management & Ja y @aa

I feel pleasure to rejoin this company after working a period of 9 years earlier. I realized the importance of work life balance and family culture, which I could not explore any other place. I trust this is a best place for me.

1) HR team with Management guidance took care of my accommodation throughout my service. 2) Plant infrastructure was established in a structured way to take good challenges. 3) Operating team were completely disciplined so that we can prove better progress. 4) Management will be very particular with the daily progress and not too difficult to handle & report but we should be dedicated in our efforts . 5) I was properly relieved with applicable settlement and not met any disturbance during my notice period. Really I will be always happy to remember I have a good team contact Overall it was a nice experience for me in ahemdabad

1) Organization always prefer more importance to quality leads us to provide entire concentration in that aspect only, so that other required areas wherever systemic improvement are in demand cannot be focused. 2) second level people in organisation should be focused for maintaining the established good progress.
