I don't like the partition of ICU into two....they have old and new icu, both are taking care of same experienced nursing staffs. But in new icu they have everything new and obviously old icu have everything old craps. But both icu have same qualified staffs taking care of patients. It is very rubbish, because I worked in old icu, we receive the things what they broken by new icu. And everyone having partiality in old icu and new icu, we struggled there, 1 example In new icu they have fully electric bed and we have the old crap bed which we have to pull up and down with a lever, for that lever we have run around the whole icu in an emergency situation . NOW new icu has renovated and old icu is still full of craps with intelligent staffs

I was worked here 2years, who are all looking to learn or freshers this is the best place to learn and grow but compensation as per govt scale for C&D group employees. Work culture and environment is very good.

I worked 5th floor, so much busy floor But i liked bmjh hospital, always we are doing team work and all incharges good nd my NS mam & Dr. Marker sir are so good love u all my jain staffs nd misss u always
