Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I joined as a fresh site engineer. They trained me a lot which one can't handle alone. But they made to do it by all alone. They gave me an inspiration that everyone can do a multiply roles. My roll in site can't described just as a construction site engineer I can work as a safty engineer, store keeper, maintance supervisor, handingover apartments etc.,
