Bhagat Engineering works is a growing company and it’s MD is very hard working with strict rules for all employee for work. He is very liberal for the staff welfare and doing all help to the company employee beyond HR policy. Company HR policy is very good and helpful for the honest working employee.

Bhagat Engineering Works is good company for electrical construction in Govt. and Pvt. sectors, All the administrative and technical employees of company is very good and supportive to each other. HR policy of the company is very much supportive to the employees and also company is giving all the facilities to all the employees as per requirement. We are very much satisfied from the Company and the management.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
