Compensation is worst, zero barrier growth. the work pressure is too high. Anytime working hours could be 16-24 hrs. Safety is a biggest issue here your is not secure here. Uneducated management is present here.

Wrost management, technical director to manager of this company all are doing business for own. No one cares about employees and worker of this company. If you will join this company you have a great regret.so do not join this hell.

in my opinion , never joined bhabani pigment, there is a director and manager nexus with locals, you can't even found pure RO water for drinking purpose there
