Working hours is less.(9 to 3) No work pressure. Free transport. Less syllabus, can be completed soon. (Less prepration required). Good Environment (Only Outside)

Dislikes

Caste dominant recruitment. More internal politics of lecturers. Principal demanded for 6 months salary to return of my Original markscard which was given during my joining. Many of my colleagues faced similar problem even after 1 month prior notice. Worst Principal (Always drunken in college premises). Worst CEO, even after written complaint no action was taken against Principal. Principal and CEO in partnership, extracts money from staff and students. Both extract money in the name of tution apart from College Fees. Chikkaballapur Swamiji is worst fellow, even after complaining about all the illegal activities, no action was taken. All these people are not running college, they are simply extracting money from innocent people. AICTE has mandated minimum salary of 17K, but this rowdy principal firstly deposit 17K to our bank account and we need to return 7K every month. (Our actual salary becomes 10K/month) This is how they are fooling the AICTE and DTE board. They simply have good name outside but inside its completely illegal business.
