it is one of companies in EPC who follows basics right in every aspect of work.once the basics are respected,balance work will automatically move smoothly.

Although there is a timely salary(on last working day of every month) and bonus(before Diwali) every year,There are no timely increments and promotions.

Filthy work environment made my mr sudip Das site incharge at site,frequent transfer, higher management listen to boot lickers, no support from headquarters, small things are delayed without any reason, zero safety culture at site

Because anyone expect actually feedback from company which will be dependent his work and his behavior with the company's staff.That's the really matter But this company may be maintain other policy.
