Filthy work environment made my mr sudip Das site incharge at site,frequent transfer, higher management listen to boot lickers, no support from headquarters, small things are delayed without any reason, zero safety culture at site

1. Lack of effective middle management with a positive mindset 2. Poor financials & cash-flow of the company 3. Lack of adequate in-house resources 4. Extremely poor growth in career, salary & PLR/Bonus

Work culture is good but job security is poor. Company Policies are also good for HO Role

Salary Incriment are desent but carrier growth is best. There is a bond of 1 years before which you can not Resign.

...ing payable commitments, no promotion no increment even though 5 yrs has passed. Not paying salary on time. No staff welfare plans.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good they are not give salary hike and bonus very bad every year, company Provide only food and batchilor accommodation

No job security ,the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
