There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also not as per market. Career growth depends on how much time you spent with management people rather than performing your job

...esides they will torture you so that you fail to do any other work for yourself. During this COVID they were paying us @ 50% deductions in our salary, and now they have asked us to go on forced leave; and to a few they have asked to leave permanently. So this is the worst place you should be at.

Now I am not working there, I got a good job in an another company,

The work pressure is very high and every day long working time is there . ie from morning 8.30 to night 10 pm I have to work there. Weekly off and holidays are not allowed. And the main part is that there is no way for the professional and financial growth.
