Initially got the opportunities to explore the market, setting up benchmarks and creating a brand.

Dislikes

Worst management, no HR, no medical support, no policies, basically no structure ever formed. Worst payers, zero professionalism and above all worst/disrespectful behavior from the CEO/founder to its employees.
