I'm an MBA second year student at Indian Institute of Management Bodhgaya. Recently I have completed my internship in Product Management domain from Beyondriffs. It's a great learning experience for me to work in such a dynamic working culture. The Management is so much supportive towards the growth and learning aspects for an Intern. I really want to thankful to the authority in that regard. Since I've worked at Product Management domain in here and based on my experience, I would like to recommend all the aspiring product managers to consider this organization. Last but not the list Beyondriffs itself a product based company, so I believe it will play a pivotal role for value creation of my resume.

I enjoyed the creative freedom and collaborative environment at Beyondriffs. The team encouraged innovative thinking, which made working on projects like content planning and influencer outreach both engaging and rewarding. The supportive culture and hands-on experience allowed me to enhance my marketing skills while contributing meaningfully to the company’s goals.

Dislikes

While my experience at Beyondriffs was positive, more regular feedback and structured guidance would have enhanced the learning process.

This was my first internship. I thought corporate world would be very harsh, mean, full of workaholics and rude like displayed in movies. But, beyondriffs WAS DIFFERENT!! THE MANAGERS WERE SO COOL AND UNDERSTANDING!!!!! I LOVED MY TIME HERE. I wanted to gain professional exposure for this field which I received! It was amazing.

Maybe we could have had hybrid mode for working too. I would have loved gaining professional exposure physically as well, rather than only online!

I had the opportunity to work as a marketing intern for Beyondriffs and to be honest among all the internships I've been part of, this one was indeed the best. I felt really welcomed by the company and its team and even though was an intern they still made sure that my works were taken into consideration. If you are looking for a place to learn along with the internship this is the right place for you

Learning opportunities, gaining hands on experience in marketing strategies, campaigns and tools, access to experienced professionals who provided valuable insights, mentorship and feedback, i enjoyed company's work environment, flexible work arrangements and shared valued nd missions.

I had a great experience working for the organisation which ultimately leads me to no dislikes.
