While working for beyond solutions it was like family and appreciations and others was much better from management side.after the merging with kalite group the entire thing gone to worst due to foolish management.Providing fake promises,no benefit , new directors foolish decision,etc .... It will be better to unmerge ASAP to keep the brand name same as earlier....
