There is nothing talk to about, instead of doing Business they should have start Archicad Software teaching classes.

Treat People Very Badly, No Respect for Staff,One of the directors talk very badly & Do insult in front of everybody.They think if you don't have knowledge of Archicad software then you didn't know about interior Industry,they count your experience zero.Humble Request for Management New joiners are nor freshers give them little time to adjust with Office environment & your company Rules.In this Firm you will get a feeling of Jail no freedom.

This is one of the best firms and one that is growing at an ambitious pace. Having worked here, I have to say, I have learnt a lot a here and that too at a pace that is easily 2x or 3x that of any other firm in the same segment. If you want to learn and are ready to give it your all and work really hard, Beyond Design is the place for you......:)

Just the behaviour of one of the directors. Otherwise this firm is a dream to work at...:)

This is the place where you will learn a lot and you will learn very fast. All you have to do is to be willing & work very hard & give your 100%. From the Managing Director - You will learn the perfect way of treating the client and promising the exact right things which can be provided. You will also learn to deliver & execute exactly what has been promised in the views created. Sir is the senior most person in the company but he goes to every single site during execution and ensures that quality is maintained to perfection. He is awesome. From the Design Director - You will learn how to work very intricately in terms of dependent services and inch to inch perfection for the finishes & design elements. He ensures that MEP services (Which are the heart of any Office space) are non - clashing and flawlessly placed. From the Execution Director - You will learn how to have a very very keen eye on detail in the BOQ, Specification, Vendor relations, Timely execution and delighting the client by not just finishing the project on time but many a times even surprising them by completing it in less than the proposed project cost without compromising on the quality. They are the pillars of this firm & they are also the reason why this amazing firm has almost 80% REPEAT PROJECTS. Also I have worked with some amazing colleagues who make this place a very warm one. Almost like a family.

Dislikes

Timings. But hey , if I learnt what a person learns in 6 years, within a span of 2 years, its only because of the time I put in and the opportunities given to me.
