Wonderful culture and a place to learn and enhance your skills and expertise. It’s a place full of positive vibes and company allows you proper time to thrive and learn, albeit it was my first company, but it allowed me to spark well in my career and gallop me up for my future endeavours 🤗.

Believe me there’s nothing to dislike about beyond codes. A bit of change is required in the high level management but it’s not fall for everyone.. only few rotten tomatoes are needed to be picked out, rest everything is just awesome.

Please keep in mind that this feedback is only for the QA department. Please, "never join as a QA here"... work pressure is at an all-time high, they will point out every single mistake you make, no matter how much work you put in...this is just a content writing job, no appreciation here. And the worst part is that higher management never comes to interact with you, they don't care if you live or die....and the most important thing is the internal team politics and favouritism within the team, and of course their leader is the QA management. Worst of all, you must make MOM of 1-hour calls that are irrelevant to you as a QA but are required. There is a lot to do here, and if you join as a QA, your life will be f***k. Furthermore, there is no room for advancement here because you will never be promoted no matter how hard you work. There is no IJP criteria here, only seniority. Please never join as a QA here because there is no work related to QA, it's all about content writing and typing jobs, and no one will respect you there. Finally, they will not appreciate what you did and will fire you when your appraisal is due.

Work pressure is high, will point you even for one mistake. Moreover you will spend 30% of your time in content writing (MOM) and 30 % in data entry just 40% is quality work. Night shift.

Good place to work, good benifits like medical allowance, good learning but it seems like work pressure is quite high. You have to work very carefully as an quality analyst.

Leadership and Manager teams are full of fakes, Low qualified and unprofessional. They use abusive language to communicate and talk with disrespect. one can easily sense the discrimination, only favors to followers and politics. Hard-workers are been penalized resulting them to leave for better options. Above all the company is full of Junkies- No medical test or observation done as most leaders are part of this group. Would never recommend as this one of the worse experiences. Thanks
