Very poor finance management, they could not pay salaries before COVID-19 and they still didn't pay the salaries of last year 2018, then how can we expect salaries for the pandamic period. Overall it's very bad experience for me with this company.

1. Poor budget & financial plans 2. Never honour to finance support as per their plans 3. They don't have control on their employees, employee mismanagement 4. Poor organisation structure and it's controlling & management 5. Dishonor contract terms with customers

... Top Management is very good and they are very good taking care of there staff. Timely salary payment and good HR Policies. My Overall experince is superb working with the staff and Top Management.

Nothing else to tell we don't like everything is super.

This company is open for innovative idea and adopts latest technologies.

Dislikes

This company is facing huge financial losses because of poor management tricks. Still they need to clear my outstanding 4 Months sal + Full and Final Settlements + PF + gratuity amount. On the whole i need to get nearly 4 lakhs. which is almost equivalent of my 10 years of savings. I recommend not to join in this stupid organisation and waste your ideas and money. At the end of the day money is everything.

Career growth is good at junior levels.Teammates are cooperative. Work environment is good. The company is open for innovation.

Dislikes

Training is to be more oriented towards practical application / use. presently it is done superficially which is of no use for the growth of the organisation. No Job security. Salary appraisal process is only an eye wash. It is Biased. Heavy politics within the organisation. Career growth for seniors is little. Work-life balance is difficult.

Company focused on large scale projects without proper finical sources of capital & recruited top management from top corporate companies , with not providing sufficient financial and administrative freedom on project team failed to perform . Wiped out the core market ( survived for 15+ years) of projects to start-ups and competitors. Trusted sources of income was clogged and invested on manufacturing unit ( without having experience raw material market and inventor management without knowing hurdles of subvendors ) which was no up to requirement leading to financial failure . Still they to clear my out standing FS + PF +Gratuity . I recommend not join .
