Career growth is good at junior levels.Teammates are cooperative. Work environment is good. The company is open for innovation.

Dislikes

Training is to be more oriented towards practical application / use. presently it is done superficially which is of no use for the growth of the organisation. No Job security. Salary appraisal process is only an eye wash. It is Biased. Heavy politics within the organisation. Career growth for seniors is little. Work-life balance is difficult.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as i ha to look into the product engineering as well as day to day operations. Work will be hectic. The required information is parked and will be circulated in the last movement.
