No bonus, no incentives, no fix date for expense release. Senior politics. No full & final given. Naam ki MNC hai bss. Lots of complaint in BP machine BM27, BM29, BC28 ALL ARE WORST PRODUCTS.

1. OTC and Ecom leaders have head without brains 2. No strategy for growth of employees 3. Only Trading mindset and aim to save their own jobs 4. Leaders (bunch of jokers) are Clueless of what to do and who to assign what. 5. No budget management 6. Inferior products being offered to customers 7. Very poor customer service. 8. Products not safe to use and values of BP especially are not correct. 9. Advice to not buy any of their products. Just cheaters and supplying very old stocks in market with stickering of latest dates and year.

The worst company to work with. They will remove you without notice and there is no learning. The employee have their own political groups and you will stuck with them. Very bad working experience

Too much work pressure, online pricing issue (company is not looking price management properly). Pressure on Good performer, no pressure on those who is doing nothing just taking salary from home. Worst management, no office meetings, no discussion
