PLC manager in UAE office not able to manage work life balance. Not able to evaluate people as per performance, PLC manager need some training on how to manage people

The shift timings are quite better. There is no likes only dislikes

Because there is no respect for employees. They treat us as a labour. If we want to do OT (over time), we should completely work for full shift to earn extra money. Every where if we do over time we get paid for every hour which means the OT is calculated for every hour. But in Beumer group it's not like that.

They take care of the employee when the employee falls severely sick even at non-working hours and then do not report. That golden question " Let us know if you anything" brings a sense of belongingness.

Because of learning more in technical and experienced in this company.. and we can learn so many things in this conveyor system in airport

Some persons are disliking some good persons when the person of doing good things but they are saying you are not good
