Immature CEO and management. They hire and fire the people who are not following “YES BOSS” culture. Management is confuse about business model . HR acts like puppet. Zero recommendation 👎🏼

The founders believe in micro management and political conspiracy. You will see no growth here. Apart from salary being on time there are no good things you will find here. Layoffs and working on your day off is a part of culture. Flexible working hours for them means working in addition to your shift. They pressure you with unachievable targets and then they will lay you off. PIP is not something they are aware of.
